Steliyan Ivanov

Steliyan Ivanov joined Om Ventures in 2007 to help develop the brokerage and property management business. Steliyan is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida and his responsibilities include:

• Property and market analysis
• Lease prospecting and negotiation
• Tenant relations and retention
• Accounting and financial reporting
• Developing and implementing marketing initiatives

Prior to joining Om Ventures, Steliyan worked for Countrywide Financial where he developed his expertise in acquisition analyses, due diligence reviews, valuation modeling, and budgeting & forecasting.

Steliyan has received his BS (Business Management) in Europe and a BS (Finance) from the University of South Florida. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Accounting.
