Krishna Malempati

Krishna Malempati brings to Om Ventures over 25 years of real estate experience as an investor and asset manager. Over the past several decades Kris has invested in multifamily, office, retail, and land. At Om Ventures, his responsibilities include:

• Prospecting for investors
• New business development
• Developing and maintaining banking relationships
• Oversight of Company financials and investments

Prior to cofounding Om Ventures, Kris founded and operated a successful electrical engineering company for over 30 years. He also has experience in owning and investing in many small businesses from convenience stores to a lens manufacturer. He currently serves as a Board of Director for Community Trust Bancorp Inc. (NasdaqNM: CTBI) in Pikeville, KY and Lotus Bank in Novi, MI.

Kris received his MS in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and his BS in Engineering from the Detroit Institute of Technology.
